Whether you need lawn maintenance, a new landscape design and installation, or renovation to an existing landscape, we are dedicated to your project, and make sure your work gets completed correctly, on time and within budget.
APM provides services throughout Rensselaer and Columbia County, NY, including Sand Lake, Averill Park, Stephentown, Berlin, Petersburg, New Lebanon, and Canaan, NY areas. We also provide services in nearby towns of Berkshire County, MA.
We offer free estimates, and are fully insured.
Meet the Team
Andrew Schrump
OwnerAndrew Schrump grew up around construction and is a lifelong resident of the Lebanon Valley. He is a senior member of the Lebanon Valley Protective Association and holds an Associate of Science degree from Hudson Valley Community College. Upon graduating from HVCC, Andrew worked for a local civil engineering firm, gaining hands-on experience with large-scale building projects and supporting design work, permitting, and bid documentation.
With several decades of hands-on landscaping experience and a strong background in business management, Andrew founded Andrew's Property Maintenance (APM) in 2009, operating out of his home. Through tireless dedication and a commitment to quality, he has grown APM into a trusted local company focused on beautifying the Lebanon Valley and surrounding communities.
Randy Haas
ForemanRandy Haas joined APM at the start of the 2023 season and plans to remain with the company well into the future. He brings a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Central Connecticut State University and over a decade of landscaping experience in western Connecticut.
Specializing in lawn care, Randy has become an integral part of managing APM's mowing and property maintenance operations. In addition, he plays a key leadership role on hardscaping projects, helping to ensure high-quality results and smooth project execution.
The Crew
At APM, we are committed to hiring and retaining a diverse team of skilled professionals who share our passion for high-end landscaping. Through proper training and adherence to rigorous — but fair — standards of conduct, our crew consistently delivers premium results for our customers. Smiles are included whenever possible (though not guaranteed during inclement weather).
The Shop
Located at 906 U.S. Route 20 in New Lebanon, our shop sits on the former site of John's Diner. Andrew purchased the property in 2020 from his childhood employer and mentor and has invested in improvements every year since, with additional upgrades planned for the near future.
The facility features 14 concrete block bins capable of holding over 600 cubic yards of bulk material, with approximately 80% used directly on APM projects. This allows us to reduce customer costs while improving efficiency and quality control.
The shop is open to customers; however, it is an active work site. Please use caution when visiting.
